This machine is especially suitable for the honing of the inner hole of the engine cylinder , the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder and other precision holes. The processing aperture accuracy can reach IT7~IT8 or above, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.2-0.4μm.
The bed of the machine tool is a welded structure, which is divided into two parts: the workpiece bed and the feed bed. The slide is arranged on the feed bed, and the workpiece bed is a double flat guide. The honing box is driven by the AC servo motor to reduce the speed, and the output speed is linearly adjustable, and the speed regulation curve is smooth. It is beneficial to select the best speed according to the material of the workpiece and the aperture size. The honing box is arranged on the linear guide by four sliders on the carriage, and the honing head expansion device is arranged on the main shaft for expanding the honing stone during operation.
